Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that your report shows zero count that is I think your written mistake. But your report is showing abnormal report. It has only 20% motile sperm in your sperm, to be a father you must have greater that 50% actively motile sperms. Also you have abnormal spers 25% which is very high, dead sperms are also more. With this report it is very difficult for you to become father. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank
