What Does Absence Of Bleeding After Taking Mifeprin Indicate?

My wife is pregnet now. she is 1.5 months pregnet. even Blood and Urine test is done. Even Scaning is also done. We got the result as positive. We decided for abortion. She took mifeprin single tablet on 18th April,2015 at 8.00 AM . It has been more than 48 Hours but still bleeding is not started. What action we need to take now. Can you help me Please. Thanks
