What Does Absence Of Fetal Movements During Second Trimester Indicate?

Hi I am 22 week pregnant. from last 2 days I does not feel any activity in my belly also I don t have any pain. I just worried is it normal or not ? From starting I don t have normal symptoms of pregnancy like omitting and all I don t go through these suffering

Loss of fetal moments is not a good sign during pregnancy. Get one scan done at the earliest. That would tell you about the status of fetus and pregnancy.
