What Does Absence Of Gestation Sac In A TVS Report Indicate?
HI, my last lmp was 24/07/2016. i got my urine pregnancy test positive on 29/08/2016 early morning.i went for obgyn they asked me have a trans vaginal scan to date my pregnancy, but after scan they sd no gestation sac seen and the ET is around 21mm and asked me to wait till 2/09/16 and do a followup scan. what does it means am i really pregnant but am feeling nausea and low back ache.

An absence of gestational sac may indicate that either it is an ectopic pregnancy or molar, which cannot be confirmed until a follow up scan is done. I would suggest you to wait for a follow up scan and meanwhile you can get your beta HCG levels checked to rule out molar pregnancy.
