What Does Absence Of Periods After Stopping Nur-isterate Contraceptive Injection Indicate?

I m a 18 year old girl ,in 2013 I started using nur injection but stopped in 2014 around may..I haven t had my periods since then but last week I experienced period pains then saw a dark brown discharge in my pant liner ,the following day the was blood when I wipe after urine It lasted for 4 days,Iam I getting my periods back or what s going on? Please help me doc

Hello,

If you stopped the Depo contraception then you are likely to experience the periods again. Most probably they are about to come since you are having spotting. The fertility may come back again.
