What Does Aggravated Depression Mean?

What is agitated/aggravated depression? I have battled with severe depression since I was 13 years old (I am 27 years old currently). For the past couple of years, even more so recently, I am ALWAYS extremely agitated! Every single little thing DRIVES ME ABSOLUTELY NUTS! This especially is true of sounds, REPETITION of these sounds is like nails on a chalk board to me! Could this possibly be agitated depression, or maybe a combination of major depression and adult ADHD, both of which are not being treated due to a lack of insurance.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that such clinical condition could be due to some "post traumatic syndrome" that might have happened in early days of your life, and in my opinion better to have consultation with psychiatrist, counseling and some medicine would be helpful, take care.
