What Does An Abdominal Cyst In A Fetus Indicate?

Hi, I ran a scan today which showed a set of twins. I m 19weeks pregnant. Twin A is well developed while twin B hands and legs aren t visible yet compared to twin A. I m so worried and I don t know what to do. Cyst mass found in the abdomen of twin B. Pls I need your help. God bless
