What Does An Enlarged Blood Vessel On The Eyelid Indicate?
I have an enlarged blood vessel visible on the outside of my eyelid. (Still under the skin). It doesn t hurt or bother me other than being an annoyance because I know its there. I ve had it for several years. What could cause this? I am diabetic Type II.
