OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Enlarged kidney in the fetus can be due to congenital anomalies like
1. Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease
2. Autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease
3. Multicystic kidney disease
4. Beckwith Weidimann syndrome.
I will suggest her to consult a fetal medicine specialist to get a detailed anomaly ultrasound and amniocentesis, if needed, and get further management accordingly.
There will be no complications to to the mother, but the proper diagnosis should be made to avoid any complication to the baby.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Regards
