What Does An Increase In SGPT Level When Suffering From HBV Infection Indicate?

Hi I had hbv positiv dignosed 15 years back, I had my routine chekups doctors advised me some blood test after every 3 months, my LFT was always in normal range , my ultrasound was also normal but my e antigen were reactive and e antibodies were non reactive but some 4years back my e antigen had been non reactive and e antibodies reactive, which the doctor said is a very good sign ..... and now when I repeat my LFT just for the sake of my knowldge, I found my sgpt is increased to the level of 70!! I just want to know y this sgpt is increased, what can I do now, is this the serious thing for my health?? ?...plz reply
