Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Last night my 4 month old grandson developed an indentation on the left side of his chest right below his nipple. My son rushed him to the ER and the doctor did an exam and X-ray and found nothing. He said he did not know the cause and sent them home because the baby was not in distress. This does not look normal. Can you shed some light? I have read numerous articles online but they deal with dents in the center of the chest, which his clearly is not.
