One of the signs of anemia could be spoon nails called as koilonychia . The most common cause of spoon nails is iron deficiency, or anemia. Kindly check your blood for hemoglobin content. If it is less than reference range, consume diet rich in iron content. Also you can supplement elemental iron by taking capsules containing iron along with folic acid.
