What Does An Infected Skin Cut On The Penis Indicate?

i have pus on the side of the rim of my penis like a paper cut is what i looked like first i had a loose toilet seat pinch it a month ago but its only her for a few minutes two weeks later i noticed a paper cut look to it but didn t feel it now the last 5 days its opened a little and developed mild pus the last few dAYS
