What Does An Insect In Urine Indicate?
Hello I had a tiny black insect come out in my pee . It is about the size of a free and is amphibious aka it crawled out of the water, It s head half looks like a flea or small fruit fly and it s rear half looks and moves like a caterpillar with four suction cup like feet . I am trying to identify what it is because of health problems . any help is appreciated.

Sorry, you are mistaken. How can an insect pass in urine? How can insect enter urethra without your knowledge?
So, I do not buy your theory. If you have that insect with you, then take it to any local doctor.
