What Does An Itchy Blister On The Body Indicate?

I have a spot X 5 days. Started size of pin head now size of a nickel. Itch, blistered, clear drainage first day. I treated it for poison ivy. Didn t help. So I treated 2 days with cortisone cream. Continued to grow. Painful within 8 cm from center. I started yesterday with antifungal thinking maybe ringworm. Center does blanch with 3 sec return of color. No drainage. Red ring, sensitive.

Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to dyshidrotic eczema. I suggest you to use antihistamines daily for the itching. I also suggest you to use Calmine lotion for local relief.
