What Does An Itchy Rash On The Lower Leg Indicate?

I get what looks like a scratch on my lower leg. I was in Mexico, working at the Embassy, when I first noticed this and the Embassy doctor called it a spontaneous eruption and prescribed, I believe fragil, or close to that. Said it would get rid of something or other that was in my system. I don t recall what he said it was but I think he called it a parasite, again not sure other then it would get rid of whatever it was I have seen this several times over the past year, 2017, and it goes away after a week or more, then comes back at a later time. Now in the area where the scratches have been coming up I get the feeling like the skin is being stretched and now I m finding those scratches on the other leg. Can you suggest something?

it can be fungal infection. if posible dermatologist can be consulted for examination and diagnosis it appears to be fungal infection. can so apply candid ointment if no response the systemic anti fungal antibiotic can be taken. it is contagious since it is effecting other leg same treatment can be given to other eye
