What Does An Itchy Rash On The Right Arm Indicate?
I have a rash that appeared on my right arm. It itched at first then created a circle and kept itching. I put coconut oil on it calmed but then wore off. Today the corner of my eyes started to itch. I looked closely and it is a smaller version of what is on my arms.

Your symptoms seem to be related to ringworm which is a fungal infection.
I suggest using an antifungal cream for local application such as Miconazole cream.
I also recommend using Fluconazole tablet for oral treatment.
