Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy red rash on the leg which mainly seems to be due to heat rash or some hair follicle infection leading to furuncle.

Need not to worry. Apply ice pack to reduce redness and itchiness. Maintain good personal hygiene. Use a powder to avoid sweat collection and apply calamine lotion at the sites of the lesion. If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like clindamycin , oral antifungal or antibacterial depending upon the diagnosis .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
