What Does An Itchy Red Rash On The Neck Indicate?

I have had a red streak type rash on front of my neck off and on for at least 3 weeks. Often it is itchy and I tend to unknowingly scratch it. Now for about 6 days I ve had same type rash under both my eyes along with some flakey skin. Today I got a very sore throat and I ve had a dull headache off and on for a week or so. I m a very busy professional and consequently, tired.

-take antihistamines daily
-use calmine lotion for local relief
