What Does An Itchy Round Spot On The Left Hand Indicate?
I had a round spot develop on my left hand about size of a silver dollar. Presenting with itching, peeling, cracking and it spread to another round spot on my hand. I treated it with anti fungal and jock itch OTC s and it did subside but transferred to my feet. For months, the portion of skin around heel / side of the foot / inner part of my heel has been effected. The skin is cracky, scaly, itches, rippled look, pruny texture. I went in for a physical and learned I am Vit D deficient. The PCP gave me hydrocortisone cream for itch but d/n offer a DX or thought on what the rootb of issue could be. She is a PA and I conveyed I was going to a derm.

from your clinical history it looks like that it can be superficial fungal infection (tinea coporis) extened over the body
treatment : anti fungal local and or systemic based on clinical involvement of body.as you are vitamin D deficient,it should be simultaneously treated.
