hi doctor , we did follicular study for my wife. everything was fine , egg size is now 27 mm . she took two injections 5000 each . still egg not rupture. what is the probable reason and what is next treatment. she has regular periods. regards , Nitin

Failure of the follicle to rupture after infertility treatment require consultation with your gynecologist. The probable cause of failure of follicle rupture needs to be found out and probably an alternate medication needs to be tried.
