What Does Anechoic Module In Ovary Suggest?

What does a prominent endometrium measuring 1.2 cm in thickness mean in a 33 yr old non menopausal woman? And my right ovary has a 1.4 cm anechoic nodule within it, my left ovary has several small anechoic nodules within it. What concerns should I be aware of?
