What Does Anteroseptal Ischemia In EKG Results Mean?
I ve been having chest pain and chest pressure w/shortness of breath for over a week now and with it is a growing, overall weakness; I feel very weak and easily winded.I m a 47 year old healthy female w/no family history of early heart disease. My blood levels regarding inflammation were quite high this past Friday, especially the CRP, which is 7.7. CK/CKMB/Troponin drawn today were within normal limits. EKG showed NSR w/a couple PACs and anteroseptal ischemia. What can you tell me?

What Does Anteroseptal Ischemia In EKG Results Mean?
Dear sir Anteroseptal ischemia in the ECG means there is alteration in the blood supplying the septum. It is supplied by right anterior descending coronary artery, it definately needs coronary angiogram and angioplasty. Secondly 2D ECHO testing reveals associated abnormality like tendency of septal rupture when associated with high blood pressure. Thanks
