Hello I m 47 yrs old and presented to the Doctor on Saturday with nauseous feeling, cold sweating, and chest pain just above the left breast. Was also feeling a bit lightheaded. No bp has been high for the past week before ranging in the 170 s/ 115 and on Saturday it was 183/114. Am ECG was done and it stated consider anteroseptal myocardial damage what does all this mean?
