Hi, Sperm conc 43mill/ml Total Ejaculate 129 millions Sperm motillity 1hr Total progressive 30% Non progressive 5% Immotile 65% Rapid progressive 0% Slow progressive 30% Normal forms 2% Head defects 74% Tail defects 4% Neck defects 20% I want to know how they are accounting multiple defects in same sperm?..and what is Asthenoteratozoospermia? Is it common issue or need to worry about this?..is there any possibility of natural pragnency?
Noted asthenozoospermia means defective motility of sperm.Means abnormal motility.......
Teratozoospremia means defective morphology.... You have both above condition , So you have asthenoteratozoospermia.....
Your detailed history needed and proper investigation done..... Rule out following common conditions............ -Diabetes -Alcohol abuse -Drug abuse -Varicocele -Testicular problems -Infection of genital tract
Keeping these in mind consult surgeon for it. Here natural conception will be defective....... Assisted reproductive technology might be needed.......
