hi doctor,just want to ask you about the mening of this conclusion base on the ultrasound report. 1. athrophic uterus with calcification(calcified Fibroid) 2.Atherosclerotic abdominal aorta 3.Normal liver, biliary tree, gallbladderm pancreas spleednm kidneys and urinary bladder.

the report suggests that uterus is seen atrophic - it could be age related changes, calcified fibroid - lesion calcified as long standing feature - no active intervention needed unless symptomatic.
Atherosclerotic abdominal aorta seen as a age related changes and in hypertensive patents ( does not need any action).
over all the changes are age related - treatment will be symptomatic orented. Good luck.
