What Does Atrophic Uterus In The Pelvis Scan Report Indicate?

Dear Doctor, am 53 years old and i just got my pelvis scan report, i just wanted to know, what is atrophic uterus and ovaries? Is it serious issue? and how it will be cured? What is thickened endometrium to rule out endometrial pathology? any serious issues?

hello madam,
atrophy of uterus and ovaries,thickening of endometrium are usually normal after menopause,due to imbalance in the hormonal levels.if you have bleeding per vagina do consult your doctor.
