What Does Back Pain And Tingling Sensation In Vagina During 37 Weeks Of Pregnancy Suggest?

I am 37 weeks and 6 days but according to the ultrasound I am 38 weeks and 6 days. Today has been a very weird day for me. I woke up and have felt weird all day. I have the shakes,feel nauseated, have incrediably bad back pain in my lower back on the right side. I have not had any back pain the whole pregnacy. And I am having a tingling sensation in my vagina and my nipples. I have braxton hicks contractions but they are not consistant so my question is am I experiencing labor or fase labor?

The above symptoms are commonly felt during many women during term. It seems shortly you will go in for labor. So take adequate precautions and have a safe delivery.
