Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

As per the patient history it is necessary that the diagnosis must be perfect, there are chances of metastasis but very less because ten years are much time.

As you know the treatment of any type of tumor needs a chemotherapy or radiotherapy, both these are highly carcinogenic too. Some times the effects of there therapies is shown late after five to ten years.

You need to Repeat the MRI and do also the particular tumor marker test to evaluate properly and make best possible diagnosis.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further queries.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
