What Does Bilateral Hydrocele Mean?

my t 21 year old son is having pain in his testicle. ultra sound shows bilateral hydroceles..the doc feels that its not an issue and he should just deal..its been occurring since june..yesterday was a severe attack..saw a urologist and he didn t see anything alarming..what next

It means that there is a dilation of veins in testicles and in most cases this is asymptomatic and it means that it doesn't cause any symptoms,however in some cases it may be painful and then we recommend surgical procedure done by urologist.
