Hi,
I've gone through your query and I understand quite well your concern.
Based on what you are asking me, this means that you have done a hysterosalpingography, is an infertility test that shows whether both fallopian tubes are open and whether the shape of the uterine cavity is normal, an X-ray examination that uses contrast.
Bilateral peritoneal spillage on HCG shows that both fallopian tubes are not blocked, free ,which means the contrast can pass though tubes into the peritoneal cavity.
No spills means that the tubes are blocked. If the tubes are not free the egg cannot travel down the tube to be fertilized by sperm and become an embryo.
So, the good news is that this is a normal HSG test result and there is no problem for you to become pregnant!!

Hope this is helpful to you
