hello,Dr.boskey here, as u say, your mother plt count: 91000, I want to ask you that plt count remain in this range every time, I mean from how much time? if it remain same every time (from 10yrs) means it normal for your mom, don't worry abt it. if it is 91000 only in this report, means abnormal. now hbeag +ve &viral load nill, means very early stage of hepatitis b infection. u should confirm by hep-b viral pcr test, if it positive, then u have to start anti viral drug of hep- b under guidance of gastroenterologist. &good news is this curable disease at this stage. so good luck &take care!
