I hurt my foot back in Feb of this year, The bruise in on top of my foot by the 2nd and 3rd toes and the outside side of my foot my the middle of my foot to the ankle, the bruise has not gone away. It is tender to touch on the side of my foot. why would it still be black and blue
Hello,Thanks for your query.After going through your query I came to know that you has got large haematoma(bruise)on top of oury foot by the 2nd and 3rd toes and the outside side of your foot and middle of your foot to the ankle, the bruise has not gone away. No need to worry much.Hematoma gradually resolved by itself .This may take time.Thrombophob gel local application three times a day over it(no rubbing) can help in resolving it. .
