What Does Black Discoloration On Penis Head Suggest?

Hi, In my penies head the pink color is changing to black on a small area. There is no irritation or pain or any odour coming from that black spot. But I can see that the spot is increasing. I m cleaning the penis head with soap regularly. I m feeling that some infection is spreading on my penies. Please provide your advice. My age is 29 and I m married.

I really appreciate your concern, this is only happens in case of some fungal infection if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Miconazole cream" apply this twice in day and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
