General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Blackish discolouration can occur due to hormonal imbalance. Vaginal examination is essential to rue out any bruise, melanoma or wart like growth or abnormal vaginal discharge. Vaginal infections should be ruled out. A course of antibiotics can be taken in case of bacterial or fungal infections.

Vaginal hygiene and ph should be maintained. Various vaginal washes are available for the same. Excess vaginal hair can also be trimmed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
