What Does Bleeding During 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?
I am 8 weeks preganent , having bleeding problem & but my ultrasound report are normal. The internal OS is closed , single foetus and yolk sac seen in gestational sac, cervix is normal. Decidual reaction is good. so doctor start Ovigyn 5000 injectiobn but bleeding still contineous in small quantity & not yet completly stop. I am worrry. please help me on this.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Sometimes few women experience bleeding in the 1st trimester. If it is occasional, then it should be alright. But still it is not a good sign and needs to be attended on emergency basis as it could lead to miscarriage. What your Doctor has prescribed is right medication and you need to take it. Along with that, you need to give physical rest by avoiding any streanous activity. As far as possible bed rest is advised for 2 weeks. Also keep yourself well hydrated by consuming enough quantity of water. You need to get a scan again after 2 weeks to know the status of your pregnancy. Hope the information provided is helpful.
