What Does Bleeding From Nose When Diagnosed With Dengue Indicate?

Sir my brother is dengu positive ,showed bleeding from nose when count was 35000 after that platlets were transfused and after that three reading a were 75000,87000 135000 and next day 75000. Is this fluctuations normal. How long will this go on. He feels weak,lack of apitite and mild bleeding from nose when his count comes below 80000 Please help

hi..
fluctuation in platelet count is because destruction is going on in body..because of dengue..
it will increases gradually when dengue will cure..
keep monitoring..platelet level..dont allow it to setteled below 30000...
dont worry about slight bleeding..
if it is in more amount...ask doctor immedietly..
