What Does Bleeding From Penis After Anal Sex Indicate?
I had anal sex with my boyfriend a couple of days ago. It was fairly intense but we used a condom. Now when I urinate, when I first start there is a slight bit of what I think is blood initially coming out of my penis. It looks almost like grains of dark sand. The urine is not red or pink in overall color and it doesn t hurt. What could be the cause? It s only been a couple of days.

HI
Thanks for posting your query.
It seems like you might have sustained urethral injury. Urethra is a tube inside penis through which the urine comes. Since there is no pain while urinating the injury might be mild .
So wait for few more day , drink plenty of water and avoid sex for 2 weeks . It shall become alright.
But if the bleeding is increasing or it pain starts or if there is difficulty in passing urine , in that case you need to consult an urologist.
Hope this information was useful to you. Any clarifications feel free to ask.
