What Does Bleeding In The Nose Indicate?

Hello I recently moved states last week and after moving my grand father was paranoid that I ll catch the flu (he was freaked out cause the flu apparently has killed afew people the fortnight prior to me moving) so I went and got a vac but after I recived the shot my nose has felt really weird and blocked and after I blow my nose I noticed that there is dried up blood and this has been happening for the last 6 days

Flu vaccines can cause mild flu symptoms after aplication sot there is no need to worry. If the symptoms lersist or get worse you must inform the physician.
