What Does Bleeding When On Estradiol After Hysteroscopy Indicate?

I recently had a hysteroscopy to remove some scar tissue and was put on estradiol for 30 days then I am supposed to take provera the last 7 days im on the estradiol, I was told I wouldn t get my period while on estradiol and that the proversa would jump start my period however I got my period on schedule even before I finished up the estradiol and started the provera...is this normal? My doc is telling me to continue with the estradiol and the provera but I am afraid I am going to mess up my cycle if I force on a second period this month

Hello,

It is not normal to have periods while on Estradiol unless there was imbalances in the intake of the medicine. There can be possible issue of bleeding from the uterine tissue post procedure of the hysteroscopy for removal of scar tissue. Kindly continue the medications as per the doc guidelines and discuss the need of Tranaxemic acid or Ethamsylate during your planned visit to her.
