General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Blood discharge during the motion could be due to piles, polyp, infection, inflammatory bowel disease, microscopic colitis.
I advice to to consult the Gastroenterologist for better evaluation and undergo following investigation:
Stool microscopy and culture, fecal calprotectin.
Blood tests: Full blood examination, LFT, ESR, and
Abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy to rule out the ulcer and colonoscopy.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause
Meanwhile take proper treatment of the diabetes, drink plenty of luke warm of water, do regular exercise and make sure your bowel movement is regular.
Trust me, meet the gastroenterologist and it is treatable cause.
Hope this may help you

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
