What Does Blood Discharge From Breast After Lumpectomy With Radiation Suggest?

I had a lumpectomy with radiation and 4 chemo treatments 5 years ago. I have had a bloody discharge from the nipple on the same breast for the past 2 days. It is a brown old looking discharge. My first cancer was stage I. Does this mean the cancer is back? My email is YYYY@YYYY

No you can not reach the conclusion that Cancer is back only because of this discharge. Most probably this is due to void created by removing the lump and some drainage canula would have been or would be inserted by attending surgeon.
