What Does Blood Discharge From The Ear Indicate?

Hello, so I had a bug trapped in my ear the other day and my doctor took it out. She flushed it and had the nurse help her take it out. But she put some numbing liquid in before. And i could hear cracking and them digging in my ear. After I left I felt a little pain and I swear I felt some liquid come out. Today, I found dried blood, what should I do?

Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns. The dried blood is left over from the trauma or removing the insect from your ear. This is not unusual and should resolve in a day or so. You do not need to see your doctor.
