What Does Blood In Stool Along With Vomiting Indicate?

I have been passing blood in my stool for a few weeks and used hemorrhoid cream and suppositories with no relief . The last few days I have been nauseous and have thrown up a couple times. This morning i woke up with stomach pain , cramping , and blood in my bowe.I have no insurance but need to know if i should go to the ER

Yes, consult gastroenterologist to rule out infective etiology like shigella, hemorrhoids, peptic ulcer disease it may present like this.
