What Does Blood In Stool Indicate?

Hi, Im a 25 yr old female. Pretty healthy overall but today when I went to the bathroom to make a bowel movement, my tissue was covered in bright red blood with very small clots as well. It was also a nice amount of blood in the toilet as well. I went again a few min ago and the same thing happened. I am constipated at this time. Should I be worried about what I am seeing?

For blood in stool following can be cause....
