What Does Blood In Urine After Penile Injury Indicate?

Hi my bf and I had rough sex and when he went to go Inside me he slipped and smashed himself on the back of me he was in pain and the next day has some bruising and small amount of blood in urine. The blood went away he went to gp and he had an ultra sound which was clear 3 weeks on and this morning he has had a small amount of blood in his urine again we hAve had sex since and it has been fine
