What Does Blood In Urine Along With A Lump In The Right Testicle Indicate?

Hi. I m 40 years old. I recently felt a lump in my right testical. I had an ultrasound done and they diagnosed me with varicose veins. This was on Friday. Today, 4 days later, I m having pain that wasn t there before, and also blood in my urine and small blood clots coming out in the stream as well. Is this related to varicose veins in the testicles? Or should I be making another appointment for further testing?

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The site of the pain if mentioned by you would be much better. Generally Varicose viens do not cause blood in urine. You may have to visit your doc again to evaluate this.Renal stones or some time even urinary infections can cause this with pain. But still evaluation is a must to rule out other causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
