What Does Blood In Urine Along With Flank Pain Indicate?

I have blood in my urine, passed some clots, flank pain on left side. No fever. Six months ago same thing, had cat scans of bladder and kidneys, no stones or sign of passion anymore stones, no infection. Now more blood in urine if I am up and active. Very tender in low back and left side when standing or walking.
