What Does Blood In Urine Along With Vomiting And Diarrhea Indicate?

I just recovered from a cold. Went out to dinner and by 3:30am I was throwing up and had diarrhea ( I had diarrhea for a couple days prior) I got a fever of 101.3. I slept and drank Sprite and ate Bananas took some Ibuprophen. I felt better when I woke up but it feels like I ate glass. I am not throwing up but still having stomach issues and it appears that I now have blood in my urine

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
It could be you had very spicy food at dinner that has reinstigated the symptoms of previous diarrhea OR had contacted food poisoning last night.
The blood in urine you say needs to be confirmed by urine test &then treated according to need ...as concentrated urine ( after water loss while vommitting& loose motion) ... a sign of dehydration. Can look very dark & mistaken for blood in urine.
- pain In stomach is due to digestive disturbances /hyperacidity that follows the episode.... it would be relieved by tab Ranitidine 300 mg over the counter.
-Drink plenty of water to relieve dark urine /weakness
-eat light nourishing food with salt &water (ORT powder with water)
*Consult if there is no relief in12 hours Or symptoms aggravate.... for fluid replacement /needful antibiotic.
