What Does Blood In Urine Indicate A Year After PVP Surgery On My Prostate?

A little over a year ago, I had PVP surgery on my prostate. For a while there was a lot of blood in my urine, but that ceased after a few months. There has not been any problems since then, but, today, while I was at the gym, I urinated blood. I continued to workout, and after my workout I urinated again. This time, however, there was no blood in the urine. I have no nausea, fever, abdomen pain or any other form of discomfort. The color of the blood was definitely red. It was mixed with urine, but distinctly red.
